Hey! - Surprise: an erotic fiction anthology from Racy Pages (edited by Tinder James and including both my blind-date story In Real Life and flash piece Cherry) has gone and won a bronze medal in the erotica section of the Independent Publishers Awards 2011.
I like to think I made a small but meaningful contribution to that :-)

Congrats Janine. Felix is in that antho too. It really is a strange little antho, starting with the cover. I couldn't figure it out for awhile and then I realized, I think these are line drawings having sex with other line drawings. Right? There's a call for submissions for their new antho - the pay has dropped though. Sigh.

I really liked the cover of "Surprise" once I worked out what it was all about - but it is (very deliberately) different to the usual style of erotica cover :-)

I see the little rude people, but I don't get the stars and dots?
It's supposed to look like confetti/sprinkles froma distance, so you can read it on the train or at work. Only when you look closely can you see the rude people :-)
