Richard Dawkins would not approve
This is my current crop of research books dragged off my shelves.
I own a lot of books I don't believe in, you understand. A lot of them. They still have research potential.
Maybe I should file them under Fiction tho... ;-)
I have an entire bookshelf of research material like that. Some of it was from my curious about religion phases, but overall just trying to learn about everything in the world. I do love to know what people pick up over the years, so thank you.
After I stopped being a Christian i went through a pagan-curious period as I looked for the "spiritual" home I thought I needed.I still find neopagan ritual a good emotional fit, and I sort of miss it.

And yeah... it's fiction.
